The future of QCS Staffing: Our three-year road map

There’s no denying that the whole world has faced a multitude of problems in the last 18 months, but the QCS Staffing team have flourished and grown, making the seemingly impossible, possible! In the last three years QCS Staffing have achieved over £170 million turnover, won 7 awards, welcomed 46 new team members and made thousands of contractor placements.

And as the employee headcount rises the investment in Learning and Development does too. QCS Staffing are very proud of their award-winning training programmes, and they hold so much value to the team. The continued heavy investment in L&D will play an important role throughout our growth and far into the future.

Growth tends to mean adapting and since 2020 that’s what many of the world’s workforces have had to do. From setting up home offices, virtual recruiting and onboarding and holding meetings via Teams or Zoom are just a small part of the new way of working since Covid-19 hit. And whilst working remotely can bring some challenges it can also present some positives too and by introducing the Hybrid Working policy the QCS Staffing team have a newfound flexibility. The policy has recently been implemented and will be regularly reviewed to ensure it continues to work for the team and business.

With objectives and goals in place there’s of course one more future event that can’t go ignored, QCS Staffing's 30^th Birthday trip to Portugal, a well-earned break to celebrate with the whole business. The countdown has already begun!
