I joined QCS Staffing in June 2017 as I was impressed by their growth and success whilst continuing to keep true to their culture. Unlike a lot of recruitment organisations, the values at QCS Staffing are upheld and treat everyone well and with respect whilst at the same time having an environment that enables fun as well as high performance.

Fast forward to today and I please to confirm that the business continues to flourish, and most importantly we continue to enjoy what we do!

Within my role as CRO I am responsible for increasing QCS Staffing's revenue streams across all divisions globally by developing new strategic goals and policies. I also form part of the leadership team which involves day to day operations as well as the long term plans and evolution of our business.

I have been in recruitment since 2005 and like most people, I fell into the industry during a placement year at university. I have a background working in both Oil and Gas and IT markets and have worked across both contract and permanent desks. During my time at QCS Staffing, I have supported the Life Sciences, Data Centre, Renewable Energy & Heavy Lift markets.

Outside of work, I am kept busy by my two beautiful daughters and wife, and when I have chance I am a keen follower of sport.
