Senior Program Scheduler – North Carolina – Contract – Pharmaceuticals

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Senior Program Scheduler to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop the Owner verification schedule and coordinate/develop Ops readiness schedule
  • Supports review of contractor’s schedule submissions
  • Review the actual progress of the work versus the planned work
  • Evaluate designers’ and contractors’ detailed schedules
  • Able to suggest recovery plan or areas of potential improvement
  • Have a strong understanding of typical project logic and flow
  • Able to evaluate validate of the critical path based on prior experience
Requirements:
  • Extensive relevant experience, in pharmaceutical sector preferred
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Fully conversant with Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Fully conversant with the standard forms of contract
  • Understand and be able to apply resourcing to schedule activities
