Our client, a global leader in crane rental services, is looking to onboard talented EU Crane operators & Riggers for an ongoing, large construction project. With state-of-the-art equipment and value engineering, this is your chance to join our client in their creative and intelligent solutions to support this major project.
Our client provides all heavy lifting services towards all subcontractors in this project. During the industrial assembly of a new ethane cracker, the client will perform in day to day hoisting activities (mainly with telescopic cranes) and in specific heavy lifting projects (crawler cranes, SPMT combinations)
Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the crane operator to perform the necessary work correctly and safely.
- Daily communication with the team about the duties/ project (crane operators, riggers, supervisor)
- Assisting during erection and dismantling of equipment. (Mobile telescopic cranes)
- Attaching loads: The correct connection between crane hook and load.
- Deploying loads during lifting operations: supervising movements and passing on correct and clear information to the crane operator.
- Moving loads/materials with a forklift truck, aerial platform and/or telehandler.
Type of Equipment:
- Daily hoisting: mobile telescopic cranes (up to 150T), cherry
- pickers, trucks, trailers,
- Heavy Lifting projects: LB Cranes (up to 1600T), SPMT configurations, barges
Requirements
- Onshore Rigging experience
- Assembling / Disassembling Mobile & Crawler telescopic Cranes
- Rigging, Dismantling, Loading / Unloading Mobile & Crawler Cranes
- Rigging Liebherr, TerexDemag, Sennebogen Cranes.
- References for previous onshore experience required.
- Freelance / Company setup required.
- Arrive with own PPE in case of shortage of PPEonsite.
- Valid & Correct Certifications – as labelled above (or can obtain short notice)
