Recruitment Consultant - Permanent - Berkhamsted

Due to continued growth we are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team. Quanta have a strong, established brand within Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and DataIT – partnering some of the world’s largest organisations. 

These industries continue to show exciting and unlimited growth, there has never been a more exciting time to join Quanta. We continue to go from strength to strength, opening new offices in Boston, USA and Dublin, Ireland last year.

This offers our team amazing international travel opportunities to build and maintain client and contractor relationships. In 2022, we are looking forward to further international opportunities, including relocation to one of international offices if you should wish.

We are looking for Business Winners who share our vision and values as well as enthusiasm, drive, and self-motivation.

To continue our success, we are expanding all our divisions. You will be supported by our 4-week induction programme, giving you the knowledge and confidence as well as working closely with the leadership team to put into place your bespoke business plan, giving structure, strategy, and guidance. 

Business Winning Sales Consultants will focus on generating new requirements and building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Working with our experienced Delivery Team to fulfil these requirements.

From day one you will be supported by the Quanta team to continue to drive our commitment to the Quanta brand internationally. All within an environment that encourages a One Team ethos and inclusive culture.
