We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Wisconsin. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all phases of the facility expansion, from initial planning through project delivery.
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Lead stakeholder, contractor, and vendor relations to support seamless operations.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Track project progress, maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards.
- Proven experience in managing capital projects within the pharmaceutical or regulated industries, specifically projects exceeding $50M.
- Strong hands-on Construction experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
