Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project phases are completed on time.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among all project participants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within budget. Coordinate resource allocation and manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with site managers to resolve any on-site issues.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate regular project meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Manage project change requests and ensure all changes are documented, assessed, and approved before implementation.
- Update project plans and schedules to reflect approved changes.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage contractor performance, including adherence to contractual terms and quality standards.
