We are looking for a proactive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic Automation & AI Executive to support in driving the AI and Automation strategy at QCS. Sitting within the Marketing team and reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, this is an opportunity to develop your AI and Automation skills across the whole business.

Automation & AI Executive

The crucial purpose of this role is to take ownership of QCS Staffing’s automations and AI strategy to drive performance in line with business goals.

As the AI and Automation Executive, you will play a decisive role in driving innovation and efficiency within our current processes. You will leverage artificial intelligence and automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity across the whole business (functions include: Marketing, Sales, Finance, Contracts & Compliance, Business Services, Technology, L&D, HR and Talent Acquisition) across all of our office locations.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review current AI & Automation strategies; recommend amendments and improvements
• Ownership and management of our CRM automation software – Bullhorn Automation
• Own the AI strategy for QCS, ensuring we are utilising the right AI tools while maintaining security and data protection
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across all channels
• Own all automations within the business
• Develop and build automations at key touch points
• Work with all business units and stakeholders to plan tailored content
• Develop and report on testing plans to improve automation performance
• Provide monthly reports and insights on automation performance
• Implement and understand data management within our platform
• Stay on top of AI and automation trends and topics

Experience and skills:
Professional:

• Experience in using Automation software
• Experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools
• Experience in using/ managing CRM platforms (ideally Bullhorn)
• Excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT and Bing Chat)
• Experience in confidently managing a large project, full cycle
• Experience of the recruitment (or similar) industry would be ideal
