Administrative Assistant - Ohio - 12-Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.


Responsibilities:
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Maintaining schedules and keeping personnel on track for meeting deadlines
  • Assisting in cost analysis
  • Collaborating with project controls to develop communication plans, job aides, org charts, rosters, etc.
  • Produce reports and gather data
  • Help put together presentations
  • Work closely with other project Admin assistants

Experience:
  • Capital project/Construction experience beneficial but not essential
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Thick skin and good under pressure
  • IT savvy, good with MS Projects, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
