Administrative Assistant - Ohio, USA - 12-Months Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.


Responsibilities:
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Maintaining schedules and keeping personnel on track for meeting deadlines
  • Assisting in cost analysis
  • Collaborating with project controls to develop communication plans, job aides, org charts, rosters, etc.
  • Produce reports and gather data
  • Help put together presentations
  • Work closely with other project Admin assistants
  • Helpful if they have capital project experience but not essential
  • Thick skin and good under pressure
  • IT savvy, good with MS Projects, PowerPoint, Sharepoint

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years experience working on construction projects
  • Experience of RFI’s, administration of sub-contractors and vendors
  • Experience of working within a team environment
  • Customer & delivery focused
  • Meet deadlines without the need for prompting
  • Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
  • Lots of energy and motivation
  • An ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of business as well as financial issues
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with cross functional capital project teams
