QCS Staffing introduces new leadership level: the ‘C-Suite’

QCS Staffing are proud to introduce a brand new level of senior leadership to our company: the C-Suite. Investment in our people is a value we take seriously; we strive as a business to open new doors for our colleagues, and where there is a need, create new and innovative opportunities too.


What is the C-Suite?

Comprising four new roles, the C-Suite is a brand new level of senior leadership within QCS Staffing and will directly report into CEOs Spencer Trigg and David Broome. The new Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Sales Officer and Chief Revenue Officer are set to play a fundamental role in developing new essential strategic goals and policies, as well as guiding our growing team of colleagues across the UK and US.


Why has the C-Suite been created?

As our business continues to reach staggering new levels year on year, a strong, talented and diverse senior leadership unit is something we knew we needed in order to pave a pathway of success for the company and to create new opportunities for all our colleagues.

With projects in place ahead to continue growing our internal headcount, increase our presence in America and continue to deliver the best service for our clients and contractors, we know with our four new chiefs that the future of the business is in safe hands.


Who are our C-Suite team?

Jackie Robinson, Chief Finance Officer:

Since 2006, Jackie has led our Finance function by generating innovative new solutions and ensuring that every single one of our audits are passed with flying colours. Over the past few years, she has been working tirelessly to set up our four new business entities across different geographies and streamlining our banking and financing solutions as well as working closely with our partners on our final stage of the MBO.


Andrew Pieri, Chief Revenue Officer:

Since 2017, Andrew has helped lead some of our key Life Sciences business units into great success and oversaw the successful introduction of our Data and IT business unit. Not only did his teams deliver against all objectives in 2022, but he also played a crucial role as a mentor to his team, successfully helping six of his team members to reach their promotions.


Lauren Potter, Chief Operating Officer:

From joining QCS Staffing as part of the Business Services team in 2009, Lauren has achieved multiple promotions over the years, not to mention being the architect of the successful Delivery team we have today. From the Business Services team, Lauren quickly moved to our Delivery department before finally reaching the operations function, where today she finds herself as Chief Operating Officer.


Ben Alger, Chief Sales Officer:

Since joining in 2010, Ben has been instrumental in growing the business to where it is today. In 2022, his team surpassed their key objectives, won multiple awards and seven of them reached their promotions too. He has also been key in overseeing the growth of our US presences and opening of our new office in North Carolina.
