During the onboarding / recruitment process I was kept fully informed and supported throughout the interview process- communication being a high scoring area for QCS Staffing. During my placement I was regularly contacted by the agency to check I was content and that I had everything necessary to carry out the role. QCS Staffing never missed a payment and always communicated any process changes clearly and effectively. I would also praise the after care at QCS Staffing - if I ever needed any paperwork or advice following my placement they always had time for queries.
