When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Veterinary Manager.
This a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the critical investment projects both on-site and remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- To provide a support service to external customers of Animal Health.
- To provide support to the territory managers with an aim to contributing to the sales activity.
- To provide relevant support functions in pharmacovigilance and Product Quality Complaint (PQC)
- To provide support to the named product portfolios and Marketing/Product Managers with an aim to defend and grow market share and market presence
- To ensure compliance of both Animal Health and competitors within the APHA / NOAH Code of Practice and the Animal Remedies / Veterinary Medicines Regulations.
- To provide Animal Health with comprehensive in-house technical training at various levels to ensure that all staff are trained to their necessary level on the large animal products and markets.
- Strong Planning and Organising skills
- In-depth knowledge of the veterinary market
- In depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance legislation and guidelines
- Wide-ranging and sound communication skills
- Ability to work well within in a high performance team structure
