Utilities / HVAC Project Engineer/Project Manager - Pharma - Ireland - 12-Month Contract 
 

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a HVAC/Utilities Project Manager to join their CAPEX project team. Based in charming Ireland, this role is on a contractual basis and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity.

Chance to join one of the busiest sites in Ireland in terms of upcoming capital investment and project work. Delivering projects for one of the largest pharma/biopharma organisations in the world with a substantial capital investment portfolio.


Responsibilities:
  • Working with utility, cooling systems, chillers, low pressure hot water systems, gasses and/or utility, PW water, clean steam, process air, HVAC, and clean gasses.
  • Review and generate URS.
  • Be part of the utilities design, specification, installation and qualification.

Requirements:
  • Experience overseeing utilities projects.
  • 8-15 years’ experience in similar field
  • OSD project experience highly desirable.
  • Work experience must demonstrate whole lifecycle project delivery (concept to handover).
