Snr Project Manager - Pharmaceuticals - Frankfurt - 3-Year Contract 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Snr Project Manager. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Project Manager with to join their team.


Summary:
  • Lead and manage large capital projects of more than €300 million from design to handover.
  • Manage safety/environmental compliance and continuous improvement, relentless pursuit of value improvements via cost or schedule enhancements at all delivery stages, fulfillment of project business objectives in the form of capability delivered with adherence to quality objectives.
  • Leading a cross functional team, creating and implementing an integrated plan.
  • Building a team, creating strong morale, fostering open dialogue.
  • Partnering with the technical lead to ensure all goals and timelines are met.
  • Facilitate decision making within the team under tight deadlines.
  • Effectively communicating and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively managing issues, proposing, and implementing plans to resolve issues.
  • Forecasting resource needs across the integrated plan.

Required:
  • 10 Years previous experience in project delivery within pharmaceutical, food, or animal health industries.
  • Previous experience managing projects of over €300 million.
  • Excellent self-management/organisational skills; manage workload, set team priorities, and adjust.
  • Ability to interact with multiple functions and combine work streams into an integrated schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence peers and business partners.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, develop, and implement solutions.
  • High learning agility and flexibility & ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand/influence integration points with business areas / functions
