Senior Project Manager - Pharma - Cork, Ireland - 12-Month Initial Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility in Cork. You will be joining a leading Biopharmaceutical company who focus on a range of products which are life-changing for individuals.

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager.


Responsibilities: 
  • Manage Facility/Equipment modifications, energy projects, construction projects to strive for reliability excellence through continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with the various internal and external stakeholders on the projects to ensure clear communication between all parties.
  • Coordinate and Participate in Design, Construction and C & Q activities on site.
  • Provide technical process support to all the project team throughout the projects life cycle.
  • Generate change controls on trackwise and drive their closure in a timely manner.
  • Setup and review of contracts with Client’s Legal Representatives.
  • Responsibility for direct supervision of vendor engineers and contractors during engineering works to single or multiple capital projects.
  • Management of capital and costs benefit analysis.
  • Participation in HAZOP and design reviews.
  • Generate and check project engineering deliverables such as technical specifications, procurement submittals and handover documentation.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by continuously promoting safety awareness, recognising and rectifying unsafe conditions and performing thorough investigations when accidents occur.
  • Maintain documentation and management and control systemsin compliance with cGMP regulations and training instructions.

Requirements: 
  • Project Management experience 
  • Pharma/Biotech experience 
  • Coordinated and Participated in Design, Construction and C&Q activities for Capital projects within pharmaceutical/biotech industry?
  • experience with vendor management
  • Management experience
