Our client is a leading developer in the industry, owning and developing projects across all major and emerging offshore wind markets. They are now recruiting with a superb new opportunity for a People Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contractual basis, based in Copenhagen.
With a significant track record of successfully delivering projects and a vast project pipeline across the UK, Europe and emerging international markets, this is an incredibly exciting time to join them in their current project.
Responsibilities:
- As an experienced HR generalist, you will take responsibility for starting to build up an robust and sustainable HR organisation from the scratch
- You will steer and further developing Nordic (focus Denmark, Norway and extending to Sweden) HR topics as part of a matrix organisation
- Since you are very familiar with labour law frameworks for Denmark and Norway, you will ensure legal compliance of our topics and actions with laws and provisions related local and regional workers councils, work environment plans and follow up and staff issues/topics
- Part of your job will also be to revise, adjust and create the current local agreement’s, to ensure, that we act in accordance to law / unions
- Naturally, you will have a closely liaise with the supported business departments and align with the HR Offshore (Management) team on a regular basis, bridging local needs and global frameworks and standards
- University studies in a related and relevant field
- Min. 7 years of work experience as an HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner
- Very experienced HR professional with HR expertise & labour law knowledge in Denmark, welcome if even as well familiar with Sweden and Norway
- Result oriented/anticipate upcoming challenges and find a solution
- Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken as well as business and conversational
