MEP Commissioning Speciaist - Contract - Data Centres - Netherlands

Our client, a global specialist in commissioning mission critical projects across all stages of a Data Centre build, are currently working on an exciting project based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead all aspects of safety for all MEP tests.
  • Oversee complete commissioning and performance acceptance testing of the infrastructure systems.
  • Assignment of testing duties and oversight of test engineers.
  • Development of all test procedures.
  • QA/QC of all mechanical test procedures.
  • L4 Functional performance testing of equipment
  • Provide input and insight to the overall commissioning plan.
  • Compile reports for the test engineers and issue a daily report to the Commissioning Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years Mechanical, Electrical or MEP commissioning experience
  • Hyperscale experience is highly desirable (ideally Microsoft)
  • English speaking on site
  • Minimum of level 4 commissioning experience
  • ASAP start date
  • 1 stage, 30 minute interview via MS Teams (HR sometimes do a 2nd stage)
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics.
  • Knowledge of mission critical design concepts.
  • Knowledge of standard MEP equipment for Data Centres, AHU’s, Chillers, VRF’s, BAS and a separate water storage facility.
  • Knowledge of power quality analysis.
  • Strong experience with Word and Excel.
