Junior Engineer - Waterford, Ireland - 12-Month Contract

Are you interested in joining a world leading biopharmaceutical company, focused on developing advanced and innovative treatments for those suffering with rare diseases?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility in Waterford. You will be joining a leading Biopharmaceutical company who focus on a range of products which are life-changing for individuals.

Our client is currently seeking a Junior Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Link in with engineers and support with filing including drawings, manuals, SOP's etc
  • Update Engineering Repository and ensure information availability.
  • Manage Spares and Obsolescence by reducing Risk and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
  • Support PM Optimisation and Rationalisation by creating Efficiencies.
  • Support Project Handover and NESF (NextEnergy Solar Fund) Adherence.
  • Carry out SLA’s Reviews and propose Enhancements
  • Ensure Vendor Support Continuity and Avoid Single Point Failure
 

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Relevant engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical)
  • Knowledge of drawings and P&ID's
  • Some understanding of Maintenance and Maintenance repair / reliability engineering
  • Project Handover understanding / experience
  • Document management experience
  • Previous GMP industry experience beneficial
  • Previous maintenance / reliability engineering experience beneficial
  • Drug Product Fill/Finish Equipment experience beneficial
