Junior Document Controller - Frankfurt - 12-Month Contract 

Are you a Junior Document Controller looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Frankfurt on an initial 12-Month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Quantity Surveyor. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!


Responsibilities:
  • Performs administrative support functions for overall project record keeping
  • Attends construction meetings and prepares meeting notes
  • Assists in tracking and keeping material testing documents
  • Maintains change management logs, RFI logs, submittal logs and the flow of these documents
  • Assists in Project Close-Out
  • Assists in preparation of monthly Construction Reports
  • Assists in upkeep of record drawings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in Construction, Engineering or related field required
  • Must have experience coordinating consultants on multiple systems integration
  • Must have a good understanding of program/construction management project filing systems and procedures
  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
