Electrical Project Manager (German Speaking) - Data Centres - 6-12 Month Contract

We have a great opportunity to work with our client, a global digital partner for sustainability and efficiency. They drive digital transformation by integrating world-leading process and energy technologies to full efficiency and sustainability opportunities. They are looking for an Electrical Project Manager for their numerous German/Austrian/Swiss locations. 


Responsibilities: 
  • Sitting above and managing numerous projects simultaneously.
  • This is an out and out project management position for someone with an electrical background.
  • They need a PM to come in and coordinate the projects and bring everything and everyone together.
  • The PMs will coordinate the delivery, supply, install and
  • commissioning/decommissioning across Germany. Standard management of GCs, sub-contractors, local authorities etc.
  • Budget & supply, risk management, supplier coordination, document management, permit coordination etc. German is mandatory.Most suppliers only speak German and permitting is all done in German too.

Requirements: 
  • Electrical Engineering (degree level)
  • Project management
  • Electrical engineering
  • PMI/PMP ideally
  • SUV and SAP experience is ideal but not a necessity
  • Commissioning of Electrical equipment
  • Substations and power
  • Electrical/power/substation background, lots of project management experience and roles
