An exciting project there is lots of opportunity to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast paced €1 billion project. This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting edge technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Critical Utilities Operations and Maintenance team to maximise Critical Utility equipment. This will include optimisation and development of plant operation, maintenance plans, standard operating procedures, risk assessments etc
- Ensuring that maintenance standards are set to ensure safe and reliable operations by driving Reliability Excellence.
- Reviewing vendor documents and reports, and managing the effective close out of Work Orders on site CMMS
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimised downtime and maintain environmental control
- Overseeing service delivery and maintaining and growing relationships with Service Providers in partnership with stakeholders such as Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Procurement, global departments.
- Ensuring all the operating systems are in compliance with all Regulatory and Legal requirements including, EPA licence, Quality (cGDP/GMP’s), EHS, Global Engineering, design & construction directives, requirements & procedures.
- Technical input for Utility O&M during all stages of project development and ensuring key deliverables are met to facilitate hand-over of projects to the Operations team
- Participation in regulatory and corporate audits.
- Extensive experience in utility systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Minimum of an Electrical Trade qualification with further development in their career history and /or a level 8 degree for the Electrical Utility position
- Experience in Hardwired control systems and safety circuitry.
- Experience in Life Safety & Security systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Emergency Lighting etc.)
- Experience in reading functional design specifications, control drawings, electrical drawings, and P&ID’s
- Experience in Utilities start-up & commissioning
- Experience in planning and executing maintenance shutdowns
- High level of computer literacy with experience in CMMS, safety investigation systems, Utility system software systems
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements (Safety, Quality and cGMP).
