Documentation Controller - Pharmaceuticals - Brussels, Belgium 

We are looking for an experienced Documentation Controller for a fantastic 4 month+ contract based in Brussels.

You will be working with our client, a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides overall support to Documentation Manager and project team in the day-to-day management of project documents
  • Oversee & consolidate List of Documents issued by all parties
  • Workflows templates creation and updates (i.e., role changes)
  • Workflows creation, updates (i.e., role changes) and rerouting (daily changes in ongoing workflows)
  • Access management for team members
  • Partners folder architecture creation and management (permissions)
  • Verification of mandatory metadata
  • Technical support
  • Update and communicate dashboards with relevant KPI’s linked to documentation
  • The documentation controller is responsible for the archiving of the paper documentation for the project in its whole in accordance with the applicable project specific procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proven experience as Document Controller
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud suite
  • Experience with Aproplan
  • Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint (Excel ++)
  • Data organisational Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Collaborative spirit
  • Fluent in French & professional English
