CSA Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – 18 + Month Contract – Cork

With more than 4,000 employees, 300 million units per year and a lot of innovative medicines in the pipeline - no wonder our client is one of the largest production units in the world! And this is your chance to be their newest CSA Engineer.

This client produces, packs and distributes in a high-tech environment, drug substance and drug product medicines and more than 1 million injectable medicines are produced, packaged and distributed every day. This is a long-term contract located at their Cork site.  

CSA Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and construction of a major site capital project
  • Responsible for field civil-structural and arch fit-out supervision and coordination with the EPCMV construction management.
  • Provide updates to the Project Engineers and Construction Manager.
  • Update day-to-day project business improvements.
  • Resolve issues as they arise on site.
About you:
  • Extensive experience (5 + years) in Civil or Structural design and construction, with civil works contracts >15MM.
  • Piling experience.
  • Experience in Architectural / Building fit-out including cleanrooms and laboratories.
  • Experience in walkdown, snagging and handover.
  • Experience working in large project teams.
  • Experience of contractor supervision (large contractor) including providing handover documentation.
  • Experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals GMP environments and cleanrooms.
