CQV Project manager - Pharmaceuticals - Toulouse - 6-Months+ 

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a CQV Project manager to join their capital project in the South of France. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a CQV Project manager to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. 


Driving results and issue resolution:
  • Accountable for defining the workload in their specific areas, planning and executing their works as per start up master schedule. 
  • Accountable for identifying their team needs including people, tools, training etc in a proactive manner. Works with his/her manager to ensure readiness
  • Generates metrics KPIs to measure and report progress against their plans
  • Leads his/her CQV morning meeting- discuss plans for the day with his/her team and ensures readiness and alignment as per plan. Facilitates issue resolution and provides direction when prioritization of works is needed.
  • Discuss the pre-requisites status (provided by Doc Control) with the team to ensure execution is done properly and safely.
  • Provide guidance on field troubleshooting.  Removes obstacles from his team.
  • Ensures adherence to schedule and identifies work arounds to prevent delays.
  • Works with his/her team to ensure the documentation and other pre-requisites are on track. Escalates to his/her lead and the TLS leadership team on any issues.
