Cost Controller - Pharmaceuticals - County Roscommon, Ireland 

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Cost Controller to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide complete cost engineering service to both project and corporate management for proposals and project operations
  • Experience in establishing project requirements, in conjunction with Project Control Manager, regarding scope of services, organisation job specific procedures and cost reporting                                             
  • Establish man-hour, materials quantity and cost budgets, control and forecasting of direct and indirect reports
  • Analysis of variance, trends, and development of monthly forecasts
  • Supervise the monitoring and control of cost commitments, expenditure, and their allocation
  • Monitor overall project cost performance and contingency allowances and draw down                 
Requirements:
  • Multiple projects as a Lead overseeing Cost programme
  • Ideally Pharma/Biopharma project experience, alternatively retrofit project experience or similar
