Contracts Manager - Copenhagen, Denmark - 12 months

Are you a Contracts Manager looking for your next contract opportunity in Denmark? Quanta has the role for you!

Our client specialises in delivering pharma engineering solutions to the Danish pharmaceutical market. Contributing to over 1,300 engineering projects for their customers every year, they are experts in planning and establishing new pharma facilities, including upgrading, expanding, and supporting existing operations. As their impressive portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for a talented X to support the success of their latest large scale capital investment project.


Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Project Director and Work Package Owners and support with their requirements on a daily basis
  • Support with ad-hoc requests, contracts, interpretation of clauses, all round contracts manager with experience at site level
  • Establish a close relationship with the Project Management team and an overview of open contracts and contracts in negotiation
  • Support in developing and negotiating processes around Contract Management, risk strategy, claim strategy etc.
  • Support existing Contract Managers on ongoing contracts
  • Drafting and revising contracts, ensuring accuracy and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary
  • Developing plans to fit with the schedule of works
  • Collecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purposes
  • Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity
Requirements:
  • Excellent problem solving skills and analytical ability
  • Knowledge of tendering and bidding process for multi-disciplinary projects
  • Ideally some Pharmaceutical or related industry experience (what value projects?)
  • Proven management and leaderships skills
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Understanding of contract conditions and relevant industry regulations
  • Risk assessment and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
