Contracts Manager - Renewable Energy - Netherlands - 3-Month Contract 

Are you a Contracts Manager looking for your next contract? We are working with a world leader in solutions for offshore energy and environmental works who are looking for a Contracts Manager to help them in their mission towards a sustainable future. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an organisation that is actively making a difference by offering solutions for global, worldwide challenges in the fight against climate change.


Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will be the go-to person for all contractual matters during the life of the project.
  • You will proactively monitor contractual rights and obligations under the contract and/or subcontract(s).
  • You will ensure that any contractual entitlements are timely and duly notified to the proper party in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and/or subcontract(s).
  • You will establish clear and direct communication lines with all internal and external stakeholders.

Profile-specific requirements:
  • Extensive Business Experience: 7-15 years in the field of contract management, preferably within the fields of expertise of the company. Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, BIMCO and LOGIC model contracts is considered essential.
  • You are a strategic thinker and have experience in complex projects with several Dutch and English speaking parties such as internal takeholders, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and clients.
  • You have experience in Dutch public tenders and an interest in project related work with many stakeholders.
  • Your meticulous attention to detail in your daily tasks leads to the delivery of exceptional quality services and output.
