Construction Specialist  - Frankfurt, Germany - 18 Months Contract 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt, Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • This consultant will represent the Senior Leadership team for all aspects of Civil, Structural and Architectural design and work closely with the appointed Engineering companies to ensure design and client requirements are met throughout, construction, commissioning, and subsequent handover on the new facility.
  • Support safety culture on site.
Key requirements include:
  • Previous experience of supporting greenfield build project – value of 300 million +
  • Extensive experience in this capacity
  • Concept/ Detailed Design stage experience
