Construction Manager (Warehousing) - Frankfurt, Germany - 18 Months Contract 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt, Germany. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage all warehousing construction activities, including:
  • Technical experience required: (cold storage, high speed automation, robotics)
  • Foundation and structural work
  • Installation of racking systems, conveyors, and other material handling equipment
  • Construction of temperature-controlled areas (e.g., cold rooms, freezers)
  • Integration of building automation systems
  • Monitor progress against the project timeline and proactively address any potential delays or challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
