Construction Manager and Specialist - Stuttgart - Large Pharmaceutical Company - 12-Months 

Construction Manager / Supervisor will oversee the Insert disciplines here aspects of the construction of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This role involves managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with designers, speciality consultants, trade subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Director on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.

Qualifications and skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering,  Mechanical Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on pharmaceutical or industrial projects
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
