BIM Coordinator - Pharmaceuticals - 12-Month Contract 

Our client is a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing providing process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies.
With continued organisational growth and a considerable amount of investment across the portfolio and capital programme. They have an extremely exciting opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to form support a new large scale manufacturing facility being built in the UK.


Role and responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal implementation and coordination of the 3D Model by the engineering company(es)
  • Ensure use of compatible SW packages to support optimal project collaboration between multiple design parties
  • Review and approve engineering company's approach and plans such as BIM Execution Plan, Review Plans etc.
  • Engage with engineering company's engineering and BIM functions to oversee and guide their approach
  • Coordinate, train and facilitate client team for optimal 3D Model review processes
  • Responsible for the day to day BIM tasks
  • Chair BIM coordination meetings
  • Engage with the design leads and contractors on behalf of the client
  • Validate model compliance against the BEP and agreed data drops
  • Establish a common data environment where necessary
