Asset Management Specialist - Lead Utilities & HVAC - Brussels 

We are looking for an experienced Global Asset Technical Assessment for a fantastic 12 month contract based in Brussels.

You will be working with working with our client, a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provides "hands-on” knowledge of equipment and able to interact in close collaboration with Users (maintenance team, production team, production compliance & QA, etc.) to assess equipment health status and proper management.
  • Accountable and responsible to collect and analyse all the relevant data within several systems (SAP, BI, Id card,….) in order to document and feed the asset management process and system
  • Thanks to its technical expertise & standards, can support, provide and consolidate technical information for equipment (e.g., performances, process impact, obsolescence, etc.)
  • Support Asset Manager to define asset recommendations to maintain it in good condition until its estimated end of life, in relation to identified risks and gaps
  • Support Asset Manager for internal processes definition, e.g., master file or methodology creation/revision, obsolescence status revision, contract management, etc.
  • Contact & coordinating external suppliers on the shop floor for asset management initiatives not covered by first Technical Assessment Program
  • Able to support local entities in specific capabilities
  • Prepare and plan technical assessments with the various stakeholders (technical experts, HSE, area managers, engineering and maintenance, external companies, etc.) and assure to cover all the scope of the project by ordering complementary studies if needed.
 

Experience Required
  • MSc Degree in Relevant Field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in industry
  • Minimum 5 of technical experience (e.g. Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Technical project, SME)
  • Experience in HVAC & Utilities with maintenance cap.
  • Electromechanical background
  • Experience within chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech company is required
  • Technical Expertise is required within manufacturing environment.
  • Master in data collection tools (SAP, BI,…) and report generation ( Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Expertise in cGMP and HSE standards
  • FLUENT IN FRENCH IS A MUST with good level of English writing/reading.
