I have been fortunate enough to be able to grow and develop within and alongside QCS Staffing for over 13 years.

I currently work alongside the Board to ensure that QCS Staffing's strategic plans are implemented whilst staying true to our mission, culture, vision and values. My main focus is overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the business, focusing on productivity, efficiency and the employee experience across our UK, Europe and North American offices.

I joined QCS Staffing in 2009 and I have never looked back! I started my career within the admin department and transferred into a delivery executive position, where I supported the sales consultants in the Life Sciences and Renewable Energy sector. I progressed into a delivery team leader position in 2014 and then to Delivery Manager in 2016 and in 2018 I completed the internal pathway programme and secured the role of Associate Director for Delivery where I was responsible for the overall management of the delivery team within both the Life Sciences and Renewable Energy sectors. In 2022 I was lucky enough to transition across to our wonderful operations team as associate director, working closely with our talented business leaders for the following departments: Business Services, HR, IT, Marketing and Talent Acquisition.

I have been lucky to grow my career in a fun and friendly environment, with supportive colleagues and management team. At QCS Staffing, we work together as one team which creates a great working environment, and we genuinely enjoy what we do.

In my spare time I love to spend time with my daughter, family and friends and it has to be said that I also enjoy a glass of prosecco….or 2!
