Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, using scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera). Ensure schedules align with project goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with project teams, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information, update schedules, and communicate project timelines effectively.
- Monitor and track project progress, regularly updating schedules to reflect project status, track milestones, and identify any delays or deviations. Provide status reports to project management and stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation and management, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring resources are effectively utilized according to the project schedule.
- Identify potential scheduling risks or conflicts and collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation strategies. Proactively adjust schedules to address any issues that could impact project timelines.
- Manage project schedules related to decommissioning activities, ensuring timelines are adhered to and all phases of decommissioning are coordinated effectively with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical environments, particularly in fill/finish and sterile manufacturing, with a solid understanding of industry-specific scheduling needs.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project (preferred) or Primavera P6, with the ability to effectively manage and optimise project timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple project schedules simultaneously, including the planning and coordination of shutdown schedules for ongoing projects.
- Willingness and commitment to onsite work, with the flexibility to support local project demands.
