Project Controls - Pharmaceuticals - North Carolina - 26 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development, integration, and maintenance of project schedules across engineering, licensing and permitting, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring alignment with project milestones and goals.
  • Analyze schedule data to identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks, providing proactive recommendations to project teams for corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to the project schedule, adjusting for scope changes and unforeseen challenges while maintaining critical path objectives.
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules, preparing and presenting detailed reports on schedule variances, impacts, and recovery strategies to key stakeholders.
 

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls or project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong emphasis on biologics manufacturing projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects exceeding $25M, including experience with complex scheduling, cost control, and risk management processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to drive project success
